The promotion is conducted by Tilford Ford, 35–43 Brisbane Street, Hobart TAS 7000. The promotion commences at 9:00 am AEST on 1 August 2026 and closes at 5:00 pm AEST on 30 September 2026 ("Promotional Period"). To be eligible, customers must: Test drive any eligible new or demonstrator Ford vehicle during the Promotional Period; and Purchase and take delivery of an eligible new or demonstrator Ford vehicle from Tilford Ford during the Promotional Period. One (1) entry will be awarded for each eligible vehicle purchased and delivered during the Promotional Period. The prize consists of one (1) $5,000 ARB Store Credit. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The winner will be drawn at random within seven (7) days of the promotion closing at Tilford Ford. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. If the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days, or is found to be ineligible, Tilford Ford reserves the right to conduct a redraw. Employees of Tilford Ford, related entities and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Any vehicle purchase that is cancelled, refunded or not completed for any reason before delivery will result in the associated entry being deemed invalid. Tilford Ford reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Tilford Ford reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including the use of their name and photograph by Tilford Ford without additional compensation. Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for administering the promotion and in accordance with Tilford Ford's Privacy Policy.
